Hippocrates who noticed that the aroma of mint tones up wrote about curative properties of this plant and normalizes blood circulation. In 1906 in Japan mint plantations — for production of essential oil for the first time appeared. Since then mint oil remains demanded and favourite.
Essential oil of mint tones up

In an aromatherapy appreciate improving properties of mint oil. First of all, its ability to eliminate heartburn and an unpleasant smell from a mouth. Besides, it well influences blood circulation, strengthens walls of vessels, stops pains, removes spasms, eliminates hypostases of legs, optimizes digestion, reduces appetite, cleans airways.

air Aromatization: 2 drops of oil of mint and 2 drops of oil of rosemary on 15 sq.m. Helps at cold, tones up.
Enrichment of cosmetics: up to 5 drops on 15 g of means.
Aromamedalyon: 3 drops — if necessary to concentrate and to think clearly.
Aromatization of a bathtub: 4 — To part 5 drops in ½ glass of milk or cream, to add mix to a bathtub. To accept in the morning.
Massage: 2 — 3 drops on 5 ml of base oil. Helps to stop pains and to remove hypostases in legs.
Inhalation: 2 — 3 drops on 1 l of hot water. Procedure duration — up to 10 minutes.
